Form for recording meteorological observations is signed on p. [1] & 5 by H.B. Boyer, sergeant Signal Corps. The name and rank are handwritten in ink as is Key West, Fla. in the title. Designed to be folded vertically in thirds. Printed instructions in middle third of p. [6] are by A.W. Greely, Chief Signal Officer.

Abstract/Description: The 4 interior pages are divided into a grid with a row for each month. The broad categories across the top are: mean pressure, temperature, dew point, relative humidity, percentage of cloudiness, precipitation, wind, number of days, height of river. Most of the squares of the grid have been filled in in black ink; some have a red line drawn horizontally through them; and the entire section for river height has been marked out with a red line.
Abstract/Description: Written very small in red ink on p. 2 is: All data given on this form from Jan'y. to June, both inclusive, are for the 7 a.m., 3 p.m., and 10 p.m. observations; all data from July to Dec., both inclusive, are for the 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. observations.
