| Summary: | This report presents the results of a study of the saline ground waters in the Manasota and lower Peace Basins. Principal objectives were to develop a better understanding of areal water-quality variations, and relate the information developed to the extant concepts of the areal geohydrologic system. A decision was made in the planning phase of the study to focus investigative efforts on the Floridan aquifer. The study period was October 1979 to September 1981. | |
