This document presents the 1993-97 water year water budgets for the lake, surface- and ground-water quality, the characteristics of the downstream estuary, and the effects of the reservoir on the hydrologic system. Water-quality data for Ward Lake, the upstream tributaries, the shallow ground water, and the Braden River estuary are presented. The effects of the reservoir on the hydrologic system are also discussed.
