Within the Everglades Agricultural Area, the C-139, L-28, Feeder Canal, and L-28 Tieback basins are referred to as the Western Basins. The purpose of this study is to assess various elements within the Western Basins that may contribute to adverse impacts in the Everglades. This report provides a technical update of the work elements pertaining to drainage and land use.
