Summary:	After introductory comments on each major topic by members of the Committee, audience participation and comment was welcomed. Interspersed among these sessions of 60 to 90 minutes were working sessions for Committee members to draft a report based on their experience and the knowledge gained during the three day session. Readers should keep in mind that this work was completed in less that a month and after only three days in the project area.
