Abstract/Description

The objective of this study was to update the ichthyofaunal data base through a comprehensive five-year sampling program. The fish community was evaluated in order to determine the biotic integrity of the Peace River. In this study, biotic integrity was qualitatively evaluated by integrating the following parameters: fish abundance and biomass, species richness, composition and diversity.
